One-on-one sessions at Virgin Active Table View. Everything's already there, so you just turn up and we get to work.
I come to you, anywhere around Table View and the northern suburbs. No commute and no gym membership. We use whatever space and kit you've got at home.
Train with me live over video call, or follow a programme I build around your setup with regular check-ins to keep you on track. Works wherever you are.
Who you'll be training with
I started out coaching mates in the gym before I even knew it could be a job. A diploma and a good few years later, I've worked with over 500 people. Some were complete beginners, some were mums training through pregnancy or getting back into it after birth, and some hadn't set foot in a gym for years. Wherever you're at right now is a fine place to start.
I'm not going to stand there shouting at you for an hour. My job is to build you a plan that actually fits your life, show you how to do it properly, and keep you going on the days you can't be bothered.
